Hotel is what you expect for the price What really stood out for me was the Staff as we went during holy week after a very long flight and the staff were able to quiet down the noise outside for us which was stopping us from sleeping Generally, the staff were also very attentive

Room immaculately clean,beddings changed everyday,bed was comfortable,aircon,shower working properly.Reasonable breakfast but you have to pay extra for fruit and cereals.What we like most was there was unlimted complimentary cold water and hot coffee at the lobby.Staff are polite and helpful.We enjoyed our stay at the hotel.Taxis accessible .

This was my first visit to the Philippines. This hotel is located in the Subic Bay Freeport Zone in Olongapo City. There is a pool and free breakfast was available at a little cafe next store. The hotel had WiFi as well. The room was clean and comfortable, but what stands out the most is the excellent customer service. Celine and Andrea were very helpful and pleasant.

The location is nice. It's near all the restaurants and groceries. The breakfast is nice as well. We appreciate the staff arranging food deliveries for us even it's already late in the night
